Veterans Day at Tucanos Brazilian Grill!
This Veterans Day, Tucanos Brazilian Grill is providing a special “Thank You” to military heroes. Beginning Monday, November 9th and continuing through Veteran’s Day, Wednesday, November 11th, all nine locations will offer active duty, reserve and retired military veterans a complimentary churrasco meal with the purchase of another meal. Veterans dining single will receive a 50% discount.
In addition, guests are encouraged to “Share a Salute,” honoring current or former military heroes via social media using the hashtags #veteransday and #Tucanos for a dessert certificate. To receive the offer, valid throughout November, guests simply need to take a picture of themselves enjoying their celebration at Tucanos, and show the post to a staff member in exchange for a dessert coupon which can be used on a future visit.
“We are looking forward to honoring our veterans with a special meal,” said Steve Oldham, Tucanos founder and president. “Due to the heavy demand we have experienced in the past, we have extended the offer for 3 full days in order to accommodate all veterans who wish to participate. We recommend those planning to celebrate their military friends and family make reservations as soon as they can.”
Tucanos combines the unique serving style of the traditional Brazilian grilling experience with the flair and festivity of the beaches of Rio de Janeiro – an exhibition-style meal surrounded by flames and colors. All veterans and active duty military are invited to ‘escape the ordinary’ with a cuisine of grilled churrasco skewers of specialty seasoned or marinated meats, vegetables and fresh pineapple sliced and served tableside. The experience also includes an abundant and award-winning Salad Festival featuring more than 70 hot and cold items.
Guests will need to provide proof of service, which includes: U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organization Card, photograph in uniform or wearing uniform, DD214, Citation or Commendation.
Offer is valid for dine-in only. Churrasco Meal and Salad Festival are included in the Veterans Day offer. Appetizers, additional specialty skewers, beverages, desserts and gratuity are not included. Reservations for Veterans Day are highly recommended.
