USO Warrior Week
Bringing together various physical, therapeutic, and recreational organizations from across the country that focus on the rehabilitation of wounded service members, USO Warrior Week is the only event of its kind!
Each wounded service member and their family will have the opportunity to participate in various activities to include: deep sea fishing, golfing, horseback riding, kayaking, surfing, and skydiving.
The USO will host the USO Military Village and USO Patriot Park June 3-5, 2016, to showcase our local military and provide entertainment to the community. The USO Military Village will include the Vietnam War traveling memorial: The Wall That Heals, various military displays such as vehicles, helicopters, an LCAC, demonstrations and recruiters. Entertainment will include performances by the Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon, the Navy Band, Army Band, the USO Show Troupe, and more!
The City of Virginia Beach and USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia, Inc. have designed this event to bring all levels of skills and interest together in one location, while creating a lasting family memory for all to enjoy!
