11/10/2019, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Nashville Zoo and Regions Bank invite active military personnel, military veterans and their immediate families to receive free admission during Military Appreciation Day on Sunday, November 10.

Military Appreciation Day is offered in gratitude for the commitment, bravery and sacrifices made by those who serve our country. In addition to regular Zoo activities, a special children’s fun zone will be set up on Festival Field with bounce houses, games and activities.

The Grassmere Historic Home will be open to visitors on this day. A collection of military items will be on display downstairs and on the back porch of the house. Additionally, there will be military-oriented vendor booths located by the Zoo's amphitheater.
