Aspen Dental – Mechanicsville, VA

This is a late review but needs to be addressed Aspen dental Mechanicesville. On June of 2023 during a scheduled deep cleaning. They administered Arestin to my teeth. Something I never had or knew they was going to do. Did not contact insurance company. When I came out said I owed $905.00. I was outragged! I paid anyway. Gave statement stating this is what I owed. They waited 6 Months later and sent another bill for $1261.00 and sent to collection. I will not pay. There mistake and not informing me or insurance before service. Wrote a grievance. Next BBB
