About Eric Gardner I joined Re/Max Alliance in October 2015 after a 30-year career in the United States Navy, where I commanded an E-2C Hawkeye squadron, a Naval Air Facility in Japan, and established a missile defense base in Romania. Having moved thirteen times and spent over five years deployed on aircraft carriers, I understand the challenges and adaptability required of military families. My mission in real estate is to assist Hampton Roads military families with their relocations, whether buying, selling, renting, or leasing. Many service members face difficulties maintaining their homes while stationed abroad, and Hampton Roads offers a prime market for first-time home buyers. Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of helping many active duty members, Veterans, and their families find the right homes. I hold various professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), ensuring I provide the most accurate and up-to-date information. As the President of the Hampton Roads Chapter of Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), I promote sustainable home ownership and financial literacy for the Veteran and military communities. Additionally, I enroll all my military and Veteran clients in the Veterans Real Estate Benefits Network (VREBNetwork.com), providing post-closing rewards, totaling nearly $300,000 since 2017.
