This longstanding enjoyment of helping others comes from a longstanding career of service, whether through serving in the United States Navy, serving in various volunteer organizations or just helping friends and family with whatever needs may present themselves along the way.
I personally have seen the transformation that sound advice can make in a person’s life, having come from humble beginnings in a place where it seemed that everyone was destined to forever strive but never achieve. Education and coaching helped me to open doors that I would not have known were available to me and create a better life not just for myself but my family. So, it has become my duty to provide that same education and coaching and pay forward to my community what was shared with me all those years ago.
In my spare time, you may find me in the community enjoying several of the activities that the lovely Chesapeake Bay has to offer, from boating and fishing to camping and mountain biking and, of course, hanging out with my awesome husband of 25 years and two pups while taking a stroll on Yorktown Beach.
